CONCEPT

Splitting the screen allows viewers to see stories in different time and space at the same time. Female and male are walking on the same "road", but their departure place, origin, time and space are different. And they talk in the form of light through the road. 

 From the perspective of the viewer's timeline, male has already experienced the entire road once, during which he has not received any awakening, so he made a decision and he went back to experience everything again. The female is someone who has just entered this path, exploring from the beginning.In the process of dialogue, the two have listening, deliberation, and reflection. Although they have different ideas, they have also changed because of the dialogue on the "road."


以分割畫面讓觀者在同一時間看見不同時空的故事,女主與男主在一條相同的「道路」行走,不過彼此的出發地、出發的起因、時空都不相同。而他們在道路中透過光的形式對話。

在觀者的時間線視角來看,男主已經歷過一次整個道路,在這段道路他沒有得到任何覺醒,因此他做了一個決定,他回頭再次經歷一切。而女主是剛剛進入這段道路的人,從初始探索。兩者在對話的過程中有聆聽、有思辯、有反省,彼此的想法雖不同,卻也因為彼此在「道路」上的對話而產生變化。

Art design takes purity as the main axis, and produces different light and peculiar structures for different dialogues and different moods.Simplify all the visuals into points and lines, express them in the costume settings of the characters in the form of totems, and add the characteristics of the singer in an appropriate proportion.

美術定調以純粹為主軸,對於不同的對話、不同的心境產生出相異的光線,奇特的結構。
將所有的視覺簡化成點與線,以圖騰的形式表現在人物的服裝設定,並且以適當的比例加上歌手的特徵。

Each scene represents a kind of belief, and the belief is concretized into a road, which is the dialogue and mood of the two protagonists.​​​​​​​


SCENE CONCEPT
Nothingness  / Guide

Bystander  /   Now

When the male protagonist looks back, the first scene he encounters is from the perspective of the bystander, while the female protagonist is in a group of people, like a life that has just stepped into a new field and environment.

男主在回頭時第一個碰見的場景正是旁觀者的角度,而女主處在一個人群之中,如同剛踏入一個新的領域和環境的生命。
Listen / Comprehend

They used the energy of light for the first time in the next corridor. The heroine expressed her views on the situation just now, while the hero listened quietly.

他們在下一個長廊第一次運用光的能量對話,女主表達出自己對於剛剛的情境的看法,而男主則是安靜的聆聽。


Exception / Overlook

In this scene they are in the same space, an encounter across time, different time and space. After listening, the hero tries to refute the opinion of the heroine, but the heroine only treats the hero as an outsider.

在這個場景他們處在了同一個空間,是跨越時間的相遇,不同時空。男主聆聽完後嘗試反駁女主的看法,但女主僅只是將男主當作外界的人看待。

Change / Nonconformist

Coming to the field of dialogue with light again, the male protagonist began to reflect on his own thoughts after rebuttal but no feedback. At this time, the hostess also listened and thought quietly.

又再度來到用光對話的場域,男主在經過反駁卻沒得到回饋的狀況之下,開始反思自己的想法。而這時女主也安靜的聆聽並思考。

Comprehend / Breakthrough

In the end, the male protagonist returned to the starting point, while the female protagonist came to the end. The two have different initial points and experiences, but because of each other's final choice the same result. The male protagonist finally chooses to break the reincarnation, and the female protagonist chooses to break the frame.

最終男主回到了起點,而女主則走到了終點,兩者有不同的初始點和經歷,但因為有彼此最終選擇相同的結果。男主最終選擇打破輪迴,而女主選擇突破框架。
